Programs

Six sectors. One standard: work that lasts.

From emergency relief to multi-year reconstruction, each program is built with the community it serves and measured by what remains after we leave.

Education

We reopen classrooms, support teachers, and run coexistence education so children from divided communities can learn together again — including monitoring and evaluation support for national education programming.

Protection

GBV awareness sessions, psychosocial support (PSS), and dedicated protection programming for women and children. We help lead the sub-national PSEA network safeguarding displaced people in Mosul and Duhok.

WASH

Water, sanitation, and hygiene — from emergency water access to multi-year infrastructure like our three-year program strengthening WASH systems and resilience in the return areas of Tal Afar.

Women's empowerment

Skills training, income opportunities, and leadership development that put women at the center of their community's recovery — economically and socially.

Livelihood & reconstruction

Cash-for-work, small business support, and physical reconstruction so that returning families have both a home to come back to and a way to stay.

Food security & relief

Rapid emergency response and distributions — food baskets, winter clothing, and household essentials — reaching vulnerable families when timing matters most.
